根据《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》和《出口商品配额管理办法》，现公布2004年农产品、工业品和纺织品（被动配额除外）的出口配额总量。凡符合条件的配额申请人可按相关规定通过各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市外经贸委（厅、局）、商务厅（局）或直接向商务部提出申请。商务部受理申请的时间为2003年11月1日至11月15日。 附件：2004年农产品、工业品和纺织品（被动配额除外）出口配额总量 二ＯＯ三年十月三十一日 (信息来源：商务部外贸司)
