Announcement No. 70 of 2003 by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs

This announcement publishes the 2004 Catalog of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Management, effective from January 1, 2004, and repeals the previous 2002 announcement on the same matter.
