经国务院批准，财政部、国家税务总局近日发出紧急通知，从2004年5月24日起，对出口商品代码为27040010的焦炭及半焦炭、出口商品代码为20711210的炼焦煤，一律停止增值税出口退税。2004年5月24日以后，出口上述代码的产品一律按规定征收增值税。具体执行日期以“出口货物报关单（出口退税联）”上海关注明的出口日期为准。<br> （信息来源：规财司子站）
