【发布单位】商务部、海关总署 【发布文号】公告2007年第100号 【发布日期】2007-12-24 【实施日期】2008-01-01 根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》、《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》，现发布《2008年进口许可证管理货物目录》，并就有关问题公告如下： 2008年实行进口许可证管理的货物1种,为消耗臭氧层物质，总计10个8位HS编码（含57个10位HS编码）。 本目录自2008年1月1日起执行。《2007年进口许可证管理商品目录》同时废止。 附件：2008年进口许可证管理货物目录 商 务 部 海 关 总 署 二〇〇七年十二月二十四日
