Order No. 14 of the Ministry of Commerce, 2008

This order mandates that the import and export of dual-use items and technologies, including precursor chemicals, computers, and monitoring chemicals, must comply with the Ministry of Commerce's Measures for the Administration of Import and Export Licenses for Dual-Use Items and Technologies (Order No. 29, 2005). It takes effect immediately upon issuance.
