This document publishes the 2013 catalogue of goods requiring import licenses, effective from January 1, 2013, and simultaneously abolishes the 2012 catalogue. It is issued jointly by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
