Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade has launched an anti-dumping investigation into aluminum-based printing plates originating from China, the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the European Union, following a petition from Brazilian company IBF. The investigation covers the period from October 2012 to September 2013, with a preliminary dumping margin of approximately 39.3% calculated using Canada as a surrogate country.
