Announcement No. 22 of 2016 of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce [Repealed]

This announcement implements the decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to convert the approval system for the establishment and change of foreign-invested enterprises not involving special access management measures into a filing management system, specifying the scope of special access measures based on the 2015 revised Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment.
