5月12日，欧委会发布对华大口径无缝钢管产品反倾销调查终裁公告，决定对该产品征收29.2%—54.9%的反倾销税，为期五年。欧委会在调查中继续采用“替代国”做法，裁出高额倾销幅度，并认定我出口产品对欧盟产业对欧盟造成损害。无缝钢管反倾销措施为今年欧委会对我钢铁产品采取的第三起贸易救济措施。

The European Commission announced final anti-dumping duties of 29.2% to 54.9% on Chinese large-diameter seamless steel pipes for five years, using surrogate country methodology and finding injury to EU industry. This is the third trade remedy measure taken by the EU against Chinese steel products this year.
