This document publishes a list of localities that are proposed to receive incentive support for their outstanding performance in promoting stable growth of foreign trade and foreign investment and optimizing the business environment in 2019, based on the implementation measures issued by the Ministry of Commerce. The public comment period runs from March 12 to March 18, 2020.
