为贯彻落实国务院常务会议部署，指导和规范各地开展县域商业体系建设，根据商务部等17部门印发的《关于加强县域商业体系建设 促进农村消费的意见》（商流通发〔2021〕99号），在调研座谈基础上，我司组织编制了《县域商业建设指南（征求意见稿）》，现面向社会公开征求意见。有关意见建议请发送至邮箱，截止日期为2021年8月31日。
