重庆市人民政府关于<br> 废止渝府发〔2004〕107号文件的通知<br> 渝府发〔2008〕50号<br> 各区县（自治县）人民政府，市政府各部门，有关单位：<br> 　　经研究，市政府决定废止《重庆市人民政府关于加强公共场所营业性演出安全管理的通告》（渝府发〔2004〕107号）。此文件废止后，各区县（自治县）人民政府、市政府有关部门和有关单位要严格按照《营业性演出管理条例》（国务院令第439号）、《大型群众性活动安全管理条例》（国务院令第505号）等有关规定，认真履行职责，切实加强公共场所营业性演出安全管理工作。<br> 二〇〇八年五月十三日
