根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》及相关法律法规的规定，因深江铁路项目建设需要，拟收回项目实施范围内的国有土地使用权，现将有关事项告知如下： 一、建设项目：深江铁路项目。 二、收回国有土地位置和范围：位于深江铁路项目（民众街道段）范围内国有土地（具体范围以项目用地红线图为准）。 三、收回目的：交通。 四、拟收回国有土地使用权人应协助、配合实施单位，做好土地的权属、地类、面积以及地上附着物（含房屋）的权属、种类、数量、结构等现状的调查、摸底、登记和认定工作。 特此公告。 附件：深江铁路项目（民众街道段）用地红线图 中山市人民政府 2022年11月18日
