经广东省人民政府同意，现将中山市部分行政区划变更情况公告如下：一、撤销小榄镇、东升镇，设立新的小榄镇，以原小榄镇、东升镇的行政区域为新的小榄镇的行政区域，小榄镇人民政府驻升平中路8号（原小榄镇人民政府驻地）。二、撤销民众镇，设立民众街道，以原民众镇的行政区域为民众街道的管辖范围，民众街道办事处驻六百六路61号（原民众镇人民政府驻地）。三、撤销南朗镇，设立南朗街道，将中山港街道海滨社区的马安村划归南朗街道管辖，以原南朗镇的行政区域和马安村的范围为南朗街道管辖范围，南朗街道办事处驻美景大道26号（原南朗镇人民政府驻地）。特此公告。中山市人民政府 2021年7月19日
