近日，财政部、应急管理部下达52.72亿元中央自然灾害救灾资金，支持地方开展受灾群众冬春临时生活困难救助工作，切实解决受灾群众生活困难，保障受灾群众安全温暖过冬。 财政部、应急管理部要求相关地区财政、应急管理部门积极部署、认真落实，按照“分类救助、重点救助、精准救助”原则，科学合理制定救助方案，做实做细冬春救助工作，强化资金监管，严禁截留挪用，确保资金及时按政策规定发放到受灾群众手中，切实发挥资金效益，保障受灾群众温暖过冬。
