据气象水文部门监测预报，我市雨情水情趋于平稳。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于7月29日10时将防汛Ⅲ级应急响应调整为防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。 各地各部门要继续密切关注雨情水情动态，加强值班值守和会商研判，及时调整应急响应级别，毫不松懈落实重点领域安全防范各项措施，做好危险区域安全管控和人员转移避险工作，全力以赴保障人民群众生命财产安全。 汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2024年7月29日
