根据气象部门预报，5月19-21日，我市有暴雨，局部（特）大暴雨降水，全市平均雨量80-150毫米，局部300毫米，最大小时雨量70-100毫米，并伴有8-9级雷雨大风，发生中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城乡内涝的风险较高。 根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于5月19日8时30分启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。各地各部门要加强会商研判，落实各项防御措施，确保人民群众生命财产安全，最大程度降低灾害损失。汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部2024年5月19日
