据气象水文部门监测，本轮强降雨过程已明显减弱，全市江河湖库水位均在警戒或汛限水位以下，运行平稳。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，经会商研判，市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于5月1日16时将防汛Ⅲ级应急响应调整为防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。 请各地各部门继续做好强降雨防范工作，加强值班值守，强化会商研判，扎实做好中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城乡内涝防御工作，确保人民群众生命财产安全。 汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2024年5月1日
