鉴于台风“海葵”残存环流带来的强降雨过程已明显减弱，全市暴雨预警已全部解除。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于9月8日12时结束防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。 根据气象部门监测，台风“海葵”残存环流带来的降雨影响尚未完全结束，预计8-10日，我市仍有大雨到暴雨的降雨过程。当前各地中小河流水位普遍较高，土壤含水量高度饱和。各地各部门要克服麻痹松懈思想，继续加强值班值守，落实好水毁设施的安全措施，做好内涝积水区域退水后的消杀工作，积极防范崩塌、山体滑坡等地质灾害，确保人民群众生命财产安全。 汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2023年9月8日
