今年第9号台风“苏拉”9月2日11时位于阳江市近岸海面上，中心附近风力12级，以10-15公里的速度向西偏南方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。鉴于“苏拉”逐渐远离我市，对我市的大风影响明显减弱，根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于9月2日12时结束防风Ⅲ级应急响应。 根据气象部门监测，今年第11号台风“海葵”9月2日11时位于台湾省鹅銮鼻偏东方向约480公里西北太平洋洋面上，中心附近风力13级（台风级），目前的预报路径将穿过台湾岛，4日起趋向闽粤交界沿海一带，可能对汕尾造成影响，请各地各部门密切关注，加强监测预警和会商研判，提前做好防御准备。 汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2023年9月2日
