鉴于今年第5号台风“杜苏芮”已远离我市，对我市的影响基本结束。根据《汕尾市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和市三防指挥部有关规定，汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部决定于7月28日17时结束防风Ⅳ级应急响应。请各地各部门继续密切关注风情雨情水情动态，加强值班值守，强化会商研判，扎实做好强降雨及其可能引发的中小河流洪水、地质灾害、城乡内涝等次生灾害防御工作。同时，要有序组织恢复海上生产作业，加强海上风险防范，严格落实渔业安全生产“六个百分百”要求，做到“不安全、不出海”，确保人民群众生命财产安全。 汕尾市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2023年7月28日
