当地时间11月29日，在土库曼斯坦首都阿什哈巴德举行的中土合作委员会第六次会议上，阴和俊部长与土库曼斯坦科学院院长阿拉贝尔迪·阿希罗夫代表双方机构签署《关于深化科技合作的谅解备忘录》。根据备忘录，双方将以成功创建中土合作委员会科技合作分委会为契机，进一步深化科技人文交流，在共同感兴趣的领域制定双边科技合作计划并开展联合研究。<br>
