2023年12月20日，科技部部长阴和俊在北京会见了土耳其工业和技术部部长穆罕默德·法提赫·卡西尔。<br>
阴和俊对卡西尔一行的到访表示欢迎。他表示，近年来，中土双方积极落实两国元首重要共识，在“一带一路”科技创新行动计划框架下开展了卓有成效合作。中方愿同土方一道努力，共同挖掘创新合作潜力，为中土战略合作关系发展贡献力量。<br>
卡西尔表示，土方高度重视同中国开展创新合作，在两国元首的共同引领下，共建“一带一路”倡议与“中间走廊”计划深度对接，愿同中方就深化科技合作共商合作举措，共促创新发展。<br>
科技部有关司局负责人参加会见。<br>
