近期，我国多地相继出现本土确诊病例和聚集性疫情，全国疫情防控形势严峻复杂。按照疫情防控工作最新要求，暂停行政许可受理窗口现场咨询、纸质材料接收等工作：<br>
一、窗口咨询 <br>
疫情防控期间暂停现场咨询，建议申请人通过电话或电子邮箱方式咨询，咨询电话：010-88225151、010-88225168，电子邮箱ycb@cncbd.org.cn。<br>
二、材料接收 <br>
疫情防控期间暂停现场接收申请材料，纸质材料通过邮寄方式接收。邮寄地址：北京市海淀区西四环中路16号院4号楼，中国生物技术发展中心1层；邮编：100039。<br>
自本通知发布之日起实施，恢复现场服务时间将另行通知，感谢您对我们工作的理解和支持！<br>
特此通知。<br>
