This notice extends the validity of the Shenzhen Standards for Total Construction and Installation Costs of Various Types of Properties (Document No. Shen Jian Wu Guan [2021] No. 7) until March 10, 2031, in accordance with the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Property Management Regulations and the Shenzhen Property Special Maintenance Fund Management Regulations.
