各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，2015年8月市政府印发修订后的《关于本市劳动者在履行劳动合同期间患病或者非因工负伤的医疗期标准的规定》（沪府发〔2015〕40号）需继续实施，有效期延长至2025年6月30日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
