沪府规〔2020〕15号 上海市人民政府关于延长《上海市人民政府批转市发展改革委关于进一步深化本市股份合作制企业改革指导意见的通知》有效期的通知 各区人民政府，市政府各委、办、局： 　　2015年6月26日，市政府《关于延长〈关于进一步深化本市股份合作制企业改革的指导意见〉的通知》（沪府发〔2015〕23号），将《关于进一步深化本市股份合作制企业改革的指导意见》（沪府发〔2010〕27号，以下简称《指导意见》）有效期延长至2020年7月20日。经评估，《指导意见》还需继续实施，有效期延长至2025年7月20日。 　　特此通知。 　　上海市人民政府 　　2020年7月13日 相关稿件 市政府批转关于进一步深化股份合作制企业改革指导意见的通知 -->
