根据2021年2月15日中华人民共和国国务院令第740号公布的《粮食流通管理条例》精神，经研究，市政府决定，废止2018年3月22日市政府印发的《上海市粮食收购资格规定》（沪府规〔2018〕4号）。<br>
特此通知。<br>
