沪府办〔2014〕67号 上海市人民政府办公厅关于同意调整本市拆除违法建筑相关部门职责分工的通知 市建设管理委： 沪建管〔2014〕568号文收悉。为进一步加强违法建筑治理工作，根据《上海市拆除违法建筑若干规定》并经市政府常务会议同意，对《上海市人民政府办公厅关于同意进一步明确本市拆除违法建筑相关部门职责分工意见的通知》（沪府办〔2009〕93号）中的房屋管理部门、城市管理行政执法部门职责分工作局部调整，即将原属房屋管理部门职责范围内对正在搭建的违法建筑的查处工作，转由城市管理行政执法部门承担。请会同市住房保障房屋管理局、市城管执法局等有关部门和各区县政府按此组织实施。 上海市人民政府办公厅 2014年7月14日
