沪府办〔2016〕20号<br> 上海市人民政府办公厅关于同意调整本市工伤人员伤残津贴和生活护理费及因工死亡人员供养亲属抚恤金标准的通知<br> 市人力资源社会保障局：<br> 沪人社〔2016〕23号文收悉。经市政府研究，同意你们《关于调整本市工伤人员伤残津贴和生活护理费及因工死亡人员供养亲属抚恤金标准的请示》。该标准自今年4月1日起执行，请自行印发并会同有关部门、单位和各区县组织实施。<br> 上海市人民政府办公厅<br> 2016年3月29日
