经市政府同意，下列非常设机构相关职务由陈靖同志兼任：<br>
一、上海市推进“一网通办”改革和政务公开领导小组副组长。<br>
二、上海市人民政府行政复议委员会常务副主任委员。<br>
三、上海市推进政府职能转变和行政审批制度改革领导小组成员。<br>
四、上海市法治政府建设工作领导小组成员。<br>
五、上海市公共机构节能工作联席会议第一召集人。<br>
