沪府办〔2020〕12号<br> 上海市人民政府办公厅关于启用“上海市人民政府填堵河道审批专用章（1）”的通知<br> 浦东新区人民政府，市政府有关委、办、局：<br> 　　经市政府同意，自2020年3月1日起，启用“上海市人民政府填堵河道审批专用章（1）”（印模附后），专门用于《上海市河道管理条例》规定的浦东新区范围内（除临港新片区先行启动区与原临港地区外）批准填堵河道，以及变更、撤回、撤销、注销填堵河道行政许可等文件。该专用章委托浦东新区人民政府保管使用。<br> 　　特此通知。<br> 　　上海市人民政府办公厅<br> 　　2020年2月16日<br> 　　附件<br> “上海市人民政府填堵河道审批专用章（1）”印模
