沪食药安办〔2020〕11号文收悉。经市政府研究，同意你们制订的《上海市食品安全事故专项应急预案》，请自行印发并会同各区政府和各有关部门、单位按照执行。<br>
2017年12月12日市政府办公厅印发修订后的《上海市食品安全事故专项应急预案》（沪府办〔2017〕72号）同时废止。<br>
