经研究，市人民政府决定调整上海市政府采购委员会组成人员。<br>
调整后的上海市政府采购委员会由下列人员组成：<br>
主 任：杜家毫<br>
副主任：刘红薇 俞北华 赵增辉<br>
委 员：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
王坚 乔志刚 向月华 刘旭 江小民<br>
吴根发 沈晓苏 施兴忠 顾长浩 曹臻<br>
上海市政府采购委员会下设办公室，刘红薇兼任办公室主任。<br>
今后，上海市政府采购委员会委员的职务如有变动，由该委员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知 二○○四年三月十五日<br>
