经研究，市人民政府决定调整上海海上搜救中心组成人员。调整后的上海海上搜救中心由下列人员组成： 主 任：杨 雄<br>

副 主 任：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
干观德 王沪鹰 丛建国 许立荣 孙治堂 孙富民 沈 灏 陈立身 郑善和<br>
彭优民 缪长宝<br>
成员：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
吴玉林 沈阿坤 陆善祥 周正凯 姚金华 郭建华 董 熔 智广路 舒 伟<br>
上海海上搜救中心下设办公室，智广路兼任办公室主任，姚金华兼任办公室副主任，陈国忠、张建新任办公室副主任。<br>
今后，上海海上搜救中心成员的职务如有变动，由该成员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知。 二○○四年三月十五日
