徐强兼任上海市贯彻实施行政许可法工作领导小组办公室主任。<br>
今后，上海市贯彻实施行政许可法工作领导小组成员及办公室主任的职务如有变动，由该成员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知。<br>
