经研究，市政府决定上海浦东铁路工程建设指挥部由下列同志组成：<br>
总指挥：洪浩<br>
常务副总指挥：傅钦华<br>
副总指挥：李庆鸿<br>
成员：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
丁浩、五一、朱铁民、汤志平、杜治中、吴平、陆建成、陈敏、周方道、胡岳义、俞北华、顾伟华、顾金山、陶校兴、曹龙金、葛方<br>
上海浦东铁路工程建设指挥部下设办公室，傅钦华兼任办公室主任。<br>
今后，上海浦东铁路工程建设指挥部成员的职务如有变动，由该成员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知。 二○○四年九月九日
