Notice of the General Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Establishing the Shanghai Municipal Committee for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Areas and Outstanding Historical Buildings

沪府办发〔2004〕70号<br> 各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br> 　　经研究，市人民政府决定：<br> 　　一、建立上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会。上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会为市政府领导下统一领导和统筹协调本市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护工作的议事协调机构。<br> 　　二、上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会下设办公室。上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会办公室设在市房地资源局，承担上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会的日常工作。<br> 　　特此通知。<br> 上海市人民政府办公厅<br> 二○○四年十二月三十日
