经研究，市人民政府决定上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会由下列人员组成：<br>
主任：杨雄<br>
副主任：沈骏 洪浩 薛沛建<br>
委员：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
毛佳 陈燮君 赵伟星 俞北华<br>
顾长浩 倪蓉 蔡育天<br>
上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会下设办公室，蔡育天兼任办公室主任，马云安、伍江、陈燮君任办公室副主任。<br>
今后，上海市历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护委员会组成人员的职务如有变动，由该成员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
特此通知。<br>
