经研究，市政府决定调整上海市政府采购委员会组成人员。调整后的上海市政府采购委员会由下列同志组成：<br>

委员：（按姓氏笔画为序）<br>
王 坚 乔志刚 江小民 吴根发 沈晓苏<br>
张忠玉 陈兆丰 赵抗美 施兴忠 徐美华<br>
办公室主任：袁白薇<br>
今后，上海市政府采购委员会委员及其办公室主任的职务如有变动，由其所在单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
