This notice announces the official establishment and activation of the seals for the Shanghai Municipal Emergency Management Committee for Public Emergencies and its Office, while simultaneously invalidating the seals of the former Shanghai Disaster Reduction Leading Group and its office.

根据市委、市政府决定，上海市突发公共事件应急管理委员会和上海市突发公共事件应急管理委员会办公室已经成立。从即日起，启用上海市突发公共事件应急管理委员会和上海市突发公共事件应急管理委员会办公室印章（印章式样附后）。原上海市减灾领导小组及其办公室印章同时废止。<br>
特此通知。<br>
