各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，2010年8月市政府办公厅转发的市财政局、市金融办《关于本市加快融资性担保行业发展进一步支持和服务中小企业融资的若干意见》（沪府办发〔2010〕31号）需继续实施，其有效期延长至2020年7月31日。<br>
