2012年4月市政府办公厅转发的《关于贯彻执行〈上海市国有土地上房屋征收与补偿实施细则〉的若干意见》（沪府办发〔2012〕24号）经评估需继续实施，有效期延长至2019年3月31日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
