市政府决定成立上海张江综合性国家科学中心办公室、上海推进科技创新中心建设办公室，其组成人员如下：<br>
主任：应勇<br>
常务副主任：周波 施尔畏<br>
副主任：沈晓初 陈鸣波 寿子琪 苏明 杭迎伟 彭崧（专职）<br>
今后，上海张江综合性国家科学中心办公室、上海推进科技创新中心建设办公室副主任的职务如有变动，由其所在单位接任领导自然替补。<br>
