你市关于江苏省煤炭物流靖江基地项目二期工程配套码头10万吨级煤炭卸船泊位对外开放的请示（泰政发〔2023〕23号）收悉。现批复如下：<br>
一、同意江苏省煤炭物流靖江基地项目二期工程配套码头10万吨级煤炭卸船泊位对外开放。<br>
二、你市要督促码头管理部门和经营单位认真落实口岸查验机构提出的改进码头监管设施和条件的意见，加强涉外纪律教育、安全生产监管和业务培训，完善污染防治措施，按要求落实好各项疫情防控措施，确保码头安全绿色高效运行。 <br>
