你市关于秦淮新河水利枢纽改扩建工程建设征地移民安置规划大纲的请示（宁政发〔2023〕71号）收悉。经组织审核，原则同意修改完善后的《秦淮新河水利枢纽改扩建工程建设征地移民安置规划大纲》。望你市依据大纲，抓紧组织编制工程建设征地和移民安置规划，进一步优化工程建设方案和移民安置方案，尽量减少占地和移民数量。严格落实耕地占补平衡措施，落实安置补偿标准并及时足额支付到位，切实保障移民群众及相关企业合法权益。强化各项生态环境保护和污染防治措施，切实减轻工程实施对生态环境的影响。 <br>
