经研究决定：<br>
任命尚庆飞为省社会科学院院长；<br>
任命高颜为省公务员局局长；<br>
任命郭玉振为省政府台湾事务办公室副主任，试用期一年；<br>
任命蔡剑峰为省发展和改革委员会副主任；<br>
任命勾凤诚为省政府国有资产监督管理委员会副主任；<br>
免去夏锦文的省社会科学院院长职务；<br>
免去刘燕的省地质局副局长职务。 <br>
