经研究，市政府决定建立上海市重大动物疫病防治指挥部。上海市重大动物疫病防治指挥部由下列人员组成：<br>

上海市重大动物疫病防治指挥部下设办公室，办公室设在上海市农业委员会，赵子琴兼任办公室主任。<br>
今后，上海市重大动物疫病防治指挥部成员职务如有变动，由该成员单位的分管领导自然替补。<br>
