Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Maximum Payment Limit of the Basic Medical Insurance Pooling Fund for Urban Employees

This notice raises the maximum annual payment limit of Shanghai's urban employee basic medical insurance pooling fund from 70,000 yuan to 280,000 yuan, effective April 1, 2011, while maintaining the existing 80% coverage rate for expenses above the cap through the local supplementary medical insurance fund.
