Notice of the Municipal Government on Adjusting the Maximum Payment Limit of the Pooling Fund for Urban Employees' Basic Medical Insurance
市政府关于调整城镇职工基本医保统筹基金最高支付限额的通知
This notice increases the maximum annual payment limit of the pooling fund for Shanghai's urban employees' basic medical insurance from 70,000 yuan to 280,000 yuan, effective April 1, 2011.

各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
为进一步提高本市城镇职工基本医疗保障水平，经研究，市政府决定自2011年4月1日起，本市城镇职工基本医疗保险统筹基金的最高支付限额从7万元提高到28万元。统筹基金最高支付限额以上的医疗费用，仍由地方附加医疗保险基金支付80%，其余部分由职工自负。<br>
特此通知。<br>
