Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Adjusting Matters Related to Social Insurance Premium Payment for Re-employed Land-Expropriated Persons

This notice specifies that land-expropriated persons who have already made a one-time payment for basic pension and medical insurance must, upon re-employment, have their employers and themselves pay social insurance premiums including pension, medical, unemployment, work-related injury, and maternity insurance in accordance with Shanghai regulations.
